Visual Identity

A visual identity is the essential backbone of every brand. Having a strong visual identity means having the power to communicate and propel a brand’s unique culture and aspirations. And to define its present and future in a clear visual language.

Our services around visual identities include strategy, analysis, research, concept design, identity design, prototyping and implementation of the final identity across all platforms and media.

Digital Design

Digital design brings a brand and its visual identity to life on digital platforms. It’s a creative science of blending aesthetics, service design and technology that fosters valuable interaction between brand and user. The field is ever changing and ever fascinating.

Our digital design services comprises informational architecture, wire framing, user stories, user experience, user interface, visual design and prototyping.

Development

Based on a design process, we develop bespoke open source digital products, suiting our clients’ preferences. Guided by best practices and understanding of both core business and daily routines in a content management system.

We aim to deliver platforms where our clients can manage all regular tasks directly in the user friendly CMS. At the same time we are always available for full service and support in both business hours, extended service windows and hypercare.

As designers, frontend developers, backend coders and project managers, we work inhouse as a team to create digital products where concepts and details are never lost in translation along the way from ideas to engines in full production.

We integrate with all kinds of third party platforms like Salesforce, Azure/AD SSO, Navision, GroupCare, CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, ticket systems etc. and we handcraft API integrations based on both strict specifications or careful co-creative analysis.

We support full migration of previous websites and data from all major platforms, APIs or via our browser scraping tools, to the CMS of the products we build with our clients.

We host and maintain most of our clients’ digital products in our dedicated physical server park located in Denmark with our ISO 27001 vendor supporting the full European GDPR. The B14 hosting service includes full backups every hour 24/7 and additional off site and offline encrypted backups.

B14 is audited according to the ISAE 3000-I standard for GDPR compliance.
